I had an overall enjoyable stay at Town And Country San Diego. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the beds, which felt like clouds. However, I did encounter a few issues like the soundproofing, which wasn't great, and the parking situation was a bit tricky. Overall, I appreciate the friendly service and atmosphere. 🌴✨

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious, stylish, and comfortable, especially loved the cloud-like bed. However, some areas felt a bit outdated.
Service
9.0
The staff was mostly friendly, especially Ashley at the reception who made a great first impression.
Location
7.0
I loved the central location and availability of local activities, though the entrance was a bit unkept.
Dining
6.0
It would have been nice to have more dining options like a complimentary breakfast on-site. The restaurant experience could use some improvement.
Facilities
7.0
Overall, the amenities were great. I enjoyed the pool area but had some trouble with locating parking upon arrival.

5.4/10

My stay at Town And Country San Diego had its ups and downs. The garden room I was in was spacious and clean, but the ongoing construction was a major downside. I appreciated the friendly staff and the nice convention facilities, yet the limited amenities and high resort fees during renovations made it hard to justify the cost.

Rooms
6.0
I found my garden room to be spacious and clean, though it had a somewhat dark ambiance. It was more than adequate for just sleeping and showering during my business trip.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, which was a plus during my stay. They helped address issues like the air conditioning swiftly, which I appreciated.
Location
5.0
The location is conveniently close to a shopping mall with good restaurants. However, the entrance was in disrepair due to construction, which detracted from the experience.
Dining
5.0
I only tried a sandwich from the Market Cafe, which was a bit overpriced. Most meals were enjoyed off hotel, and the dining options could certainly be improved.
Facilities
5.0
While the convention facilities were good and the pool area looked nice, many amenities were unavailable due to construction. This made the resort fee feel unjustified.

5.8/10

My stay at Town And Country San Diego had its ups and downs. While the staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, the ongoing construction made the experience less enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, but I did notice some dated elements. The location was a major plus, with easy access to the trolley and nearby shopping.

Rooms
8.0
I found the room clean and spacious, but it did feel a bit dated in parts. I appreciated the updated USB plugs for charging devices, though.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. However, there was one instance where I encountered a short response from the desk staff when asking about incidentals.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a block away from the trolley, making it easy to explore downtown and other neighborhoods like Little Italy.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the grab-and-go options, although they did run out of coffee and muffins during my visit. The variety was decent even with the limited dining due to construction.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was lovely and kid-friendly, and they offered great other amenities, but the ongoing construction made some areas less accessible.

5.8/10

I really enjoyed my stay at Town And Country San Diego, especially the laid-back resort vibe and helpful staff. The pool was definitely a highlight, feeling almost like my own private oasis. However, the rooms felt a bit average and there were some noise issues that could use improvement. Overall, I feel it's a great spot if you're looking to chill out by the pool, but there are a few areas that could use some TLC.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were nice but felt a bit average, especially considering the mid-century decor which I loved. I appreciated having a private balcony, but overall, I expected more for the price.
Service
10.0
The staff was extremely friendly and professional, really going out of their way to make my stay great. They even offered early check-in and waived the daily parking fee, which was awesome.
Location
7.0
The location had its perks being near the mall and freeway, but I felt it was a bit cut off from actual San Diego with not much within walking distance aside from the shopping center.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the offerings at the Monkey Bar and the market shop, especially the cocktails and light bites. However, some items felt a bit pricey for what they were.
Facilities
8.0
The pool area was a standout feature, huge and well-maintained, almost like something you'd find in Vegas. The fitness room had a great view and plenty of equipment, but the lack of an indoor pool or other facilities was a downside.

5.4/10

My stay at Town And Country San Diego was mostly enjoyable, with a fantastic room that was both spacious and stylish. though the dining options left much to be desired. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, yet there seemed to be a lack of experience among some team members, which affected service at times. Overall, I appreciated the convenient location and amenities, but the dining experience could definitely use improvement.

Rooms
10.0
The renovated room was spacious and inviting, featuring unique touches like a record player and fun decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and eager to assist, although I noticed some young team members could benefit from more experience in hospitality. Long wait times at dining were the main downside.
Location
8.0
I found the hotel's location to be convenient, strategically close to local destinations and a shopping area. However, accessibility could be improved, especially for those with mobility issues.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were quite limited and not very appetizing. I didn’t find much variety or quality in the dining options throughout my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered a attractive pool area and well-kept outdoor spaces. Yet, I was disappointed by the lack of additional amenities like a gym.
